3111.02 - Clintonville area created. There is hereby created in the city a commission area to be known as the Clintonville area bounded on the south by the centerline of the Glen Echo Ravine; on the east by the centerline of the railroad right-of-way immediately east of Indianola Avenue; on the north by the Worthington city limits and on the west by the Olentangy River; each line extended as necessary so as to intersect with adjacent boundaries. The Clintonville area commission is hereby established as the representative advisory area commission for the Clintonville area pursuant to Chapter 3109 C.C., having the powers and duties thereof in accordance with the regulations therein and the bylaws, rules, and selection procedure of the Clintonville area commission on file with the city clerk and approved hereby.
