San Diego Municipal Code § 27.0106

(a) The City Clerk shall publish at least once in a newspaper of general circulation and make available online:
(1) Pre-election notices, including any translations required by section 203 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965, as may be amended; and
(2) Resolutions declaring the results of elections.
(b) No other publication is required.
