Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 54-162
in effect§ 54-162. - Application.
A person who is required by the provisions of this division to obtain a license shall make application to the Supervisor of Licenses upon a form furnished by the Supervisor of Licenses giving the information required upon the form and shall present to the Supervisor of Licenses a current pawnbroker's license issued by the State of Oklahoma.
