605.093. Day treatment programs of Department of Juvenile Justice By August 1, 2000, the Department of Juvenile Justice shall provide, based on available general fund appropriations, a day treatment program accessible to every school district in each judicial region of the state. The day treatment programs shall combine therapeutic and academic services. Effective: April 10, 1998 History: Created 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 493, sec. 8, effective April 10, 1998.
