Sec. 26-419. - Permit subject to police regulation. All valet operations are subject to temporary suspension when a police officer determines that the continued operation of the valet service constitutes a hazard to the public safety and welfare, including but not limited to, interfering with the safe operation of the streets for pedestrians and the normal flow of traffic.
