Sec. 402.104. - Objectives. The objectives of this Chapter and of its several provisions are to provide a positive means for implementation of the policy declared in Section 402.103 and to discourage and eliminate discriminatory practices in a fashion similar to that employed by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission under federal law.
