SEC. 44.11. RECEIPTS FOR CONTRIBUTIONS. (Amended by Ord. No. 175,060, Eff. 3/4/03.) A receipt for the amount donated shall be given to each contributor requesting one. Each receipt shall be signed by the person making the solicitation and shall identify the person on whose behalf the contribution was received.
