§ 18-41 ABANDONED BOATS. Any boat found abandoned or adrift on the waters of Lake Worth may be impounded by the city. The owner of any such abandoned or adrift boat shall be liable for all costs incurred in impoundment, including costs for storage of such boat. (1964 Code, § 23-15) (Ord. 7339, § 1, passed 4-26-1976)
