How we check state fee information
Our state LLC guides link facts to their sources and show when they were checked. Government fee data is drawn from official-source material, with evidence retained alongside the figures. Automated quote checks and review help identify mismatches; Tyler Eakes reviews the fee data.
We distinguish state filing charges from Corpus service charges, registered-agent costs, optional services and ongoing obligations. Where a fee depends on a filing method or a formula, the page explains that condition.
A verification date describes the source check recorded for that fact, not a guarantee that the fee remains unchanged. Secondary sources are labeled. Missing or unverified facts are identified instead of filled with a guess. Check the linked filing office for changes before acting.
Where the law comes from
Corpus collects federal, state and municipal law from official sources. Provision pages include citations and available source provenance so you can inspect the underlying material. Coverage and source dates vary; search results do not establish that every applicable law is included or current.

Corrections and limitations
If a figure or citation appears wrong, email the page URL, the disputed fact and an official source if available to support@corpuslaw.us. We review reports against the source before updating the published information.
Corpus is not a government agency or a law firm. We provide information and filing services, not legal or tax advice. No attorney-client relationship is created by using Corpus.
