Sec. 10.21. Reports by Every Officer or Board Relative to Contracts.

Every officer or board of the City government that has the authority to enter into contracts on behalf of the City of Los Angeles shall make and present to the Office of Administrative and Research Services an annual report relative to contracts awarded during the year involving an expenditure of more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00). Said reports shall include such information and be in the format established by the Office of Administrative and Research Services. The Office of Administrative and Research Services shall consolidate the information and submit it in a report to the City Council. SECTION HISTORY Added by Ord. No. 140,843, Eff. 9-28-70.
