SEC. 184.09. ADMINISTRATION.

(Added by Ord. No. 181,199, Eff. 7/24/10.) The City Council shall by resolution designate the Bureau of Contract Administration to promulgate rules for implementation of this article and otherwise coordinate administration of the requirements of this article.
