Sec. 19.47. Definitions.

For the purposes of this chapter, the following definitions are adopted: “Board” shall mean the Board of Public Works or its designee. “Governing Body” shall mean the City Council or other board or agency having jurisdiction by Charter or law over the property involved. “Petroleum” shall mean crude oil, natural gas or other hydrocarbon substances.
