SEC. 44.53. REGULATION OF GAMES.

(Amended by Ord. No. 181,289, Eff. 10/3/10.) All bingo games, and all activities in connection therewith shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Sections 326.3 and 326.5 of the Penal Code of the State of California, as amended from time to time.
