SEC. 45.24. ENFORCEMENT.

(Added by Ord. No. 172,212, Eff. 10/23/98, Oper. 10/23/99.) Violations. It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any provision of this article. Any person or who violates any of the provisions of this article or causes or permits another person to violate any of the provisions of this article is guilty of a misdemeanor. Each violation of the provisions of this article shall constitute a separate offense.
