SEC. 57.105.7.1.9. PLANT EXTRACTION SYSTEMS.

A Specific Action or Project Permit is required for installation of or modification to a plant extraction system. Maintenance performed in accordance with this Code is not considered to be a modification and does not require a Specific Action or Project Permit.
