Sec. 6.614. Special Fund Advance.

The City may advance funds for the first quarter of a new district so that the district can commence work prior to the initial collection of the assessments. The funds advanced will not exceed one quarter of the total assessment for the first year. The funds advanced will then be deducted from the first year’s disbursement. SECTION HISTORY Added by Ord.
