Sec. 8.182. Meetings and Compensation.

All members of the City Board shall be entitled to vote, and the decisions of the City Board shall be determined by a majority vote of the members present; eight members shall constitute a quorum for purposes of conducting a meeting. All meetings of the City Board shall be open to the public. Every six (6) months the City Board shall render to the City Council a written report of its activities under the provisions of this ordinance along with such comments and recommendations as it may choose to make. The City Board shall meet at least once each month. Members shall be paid $25.00 per meeting attended and may receive reimbursement for actual expenses incurred as the Council may from time to time allow. SECTION HISTORY Added by Ord.
