SEC. 89.35.1. PARKING METER SPACES TO BE INDICATED AND MAINTAINED.

(Amended by Ord. No. 180,092, Eff. 9/7/08.) The Manager shall cause distinct lines or markings to be painted or placed, replaced and maintained adjacent to each parking meter for the purposes of designating the parking meter space or spaces for which said meter is to be used. It shall be unlawful when such lines or markings are in place for any person to park, stop or stand any vehicle other than completely within the confines or limits of such parking meter space.
