SEC. 91.3002. HOISTWAY ENCLOSURES.

(Amended by Ord. No. 186,488, Eff. 12/27/19.) Section 3002 of the CBC is adopted by reference, except that Section 3002.8 of the CBC is not adopted; and, in lieu, LAMC Subsection 91.3002.8 is added. 91.3002.8. Glass in Elevator Enclosures. Glass in elevator enclosures shall comply with CBC Section 2409.2 and the Elevator Code. (Readopted by Ord. No. 188,797, Eff. 12/31/25.)
