SEC. 94.203.0. A.

(Amended by Ord. No. 187,719, Eff. 1/23/23.) Section 203.0 of the CPC is adopted by reference with the following additions and amendments: Administrative Authority. The Superintendent of Building or an authorized agent. Applicant. The person signing the application and paying the fees. Apprentice. A person who is enrolled in an apprenticeship program approved by the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of California. Authority Having Jurisdiction.
