SEC. 95.109. PROHIBITED ACTS.

(Amended by Ord. No. 182,848, Eff. 1/3/14.) No person shall sell, offer for sale, display for sale, advertise for sale, loan, rent, or lease, dispose of by way of gift, premium or otherwise, any equipment regulated by this Code unless such equipment is listed by an approved testing agency or is of a type and construction approved by the Department.
