§27.0601 Purpose and Intent

The purpose and intent of this Division is to provide guidance to candidates, including write-in candidates, for elective office, to provide uniform procedures to better ensure a fair and impartial administration of these requirements, and so that informed voters may intelligently elect officeholders.
