§511.0103 Code Compliance Agency

Local Amendment. Section 103.1, Creation of Agency, is amended to read as follows: The City of San Diego Office of the Fire Marshal is hereby created within the San Diego Fire-Recue Department and the Fire-Rescue Chief, or any member of the Fire-Rescue Department designated by the Fire Chief to carry out the provisions of this Article shall be known as the Fire Code Official. The function of the agency shall be the implementation, administration and enforcement of the provisions of this code.
