§61.1317 Determination of Benefits: Resolution Approving Annexation: Contents of Resolution

At the conclusion of the hearing, if the Council finds and determines from the evidence presented at the hearing that the area proposed to be annexed to the improvement district involved will be benefited thereby, and that the improvement district to which the area proposed to be annexed will also be benefited thereby and will not be injured thereby, the Council may by resolution approve the annexation and the terms and conditions thereof. The resolution shall describe the annexed territory, which shall be made by reference to a map on file with the City Clerk, which map shall govern for all details as to the extent of the annexed area.
