Sec. 10-422. - Rules and regulations.

The manager of community planning and development may adopt such reasonable rules and regulations as may be necessary for the purpose of administering and enforcing the provisions of this article and any other ordinances or laws relating to recycling and reuse of construction and demolition materials.
