Sec. 19-27. - Application.

The application for a license under this division shall state the location and nature of each proposed excavation. All applications for licenses for excavations under the terms of this division shall be accompanied by a plan showing the size of the premises to be operated upon, with appropriate boundary lines, river banks, and all other data pertaining to the proposed undertaking.
