Sec. 2-287. - Administrative hearing officers.

(a) The qualifications, appointment and duties of AHOs shall be as provided in rules and regulations. (b) Any person designated to serve as an AHO is subject to disqualification for bias, prejudice, interest, or for any other reason for which a judge may be disqualified in a court of law.
