Sec. 23-30. - Required.

It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct a food processing, wholesale, and warehouse establishment except as provided in and authorized by this chapter, in accordance with applicable rules and regulations promulgated under the authority of this chapter, and having been issued an appropriate license by the manager of licensing and consumer protection. No license to operate a food processing, wholesale, and warehouse establishment shall be issued without the manager's approval. All licenses shall be prominently displayed and visible at all times.
