Sec. 24-353. - Prohibitions.

(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to perform any body art procedure upon another person who is visibly intoxicated or under the influence of a controlled substance. (b) It shall be unlawful for any person to perform any body art procedure upon another person, who is under the age of eighteen (18), without the express written consent of that person's parent or legal guardian.
