Sec. 32-54. - Boarding homes.

(a) Boarding homes shall pay the following fees: (1) Application fee .....$100.00 (2) License fees: ..... a. Boarding home, per year .....200.00 b. Personal care boarding home, per year .....250.00 c. Provisional license .....50.00 (b) Tax exempt charitable organizations and state agencies that engage in the business of operating boarding homes within the city shall have their application fee and annual license fees waived by the manager of licensing and consumer protection.
