Sec. 56-105. - Rules and regulations.

The manager of transportation and infrastructure shall have the authority to make and promulgate from time to time such rules and regulations as the manager finds necessary for the administration and enforcement of this division in addition to and in conjunction with, the provisions of this division and not inconsistent therewith.
