Sec. 235.102. - Applicability.

The provisions of this Chapter shall apply throughout the corporate limits of the City and to the use of property owned or operated by the City. The provisions of this Chapter shall apply to Dockless mobility programs. For the purpose of this Chapter, the applicant, managing agent or operator, and owner shall be jointly and severally liable for complying with the provisions of this Chapter, the permit, and the permit and license agreement.
