10-29-070 Violation - Penalty.

Permit fees authorized by this chapter shall constitute a debt due and owing the city. Any person violating this chapter shall be subject to permit revocation and shall also be subject to a fine of not less than $500.00 and not more than $2,000.00 for each offense. Each day that such violation continues shall be considered a separate offense. In addition, any wire, pipe, cable or conduit installed, operated or maintained in violation of this chapter may be removed by the city at the owner's or operator's expense. (Added Coun.
