Liquid oxygen storage containers shall be constructed according to the American Society of Mechanical Engineers Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section VIII, Unfired Pressure Vessels, 1973 Edition. (Coun. J. 12-9-92, p. 25465; Amend Coun. J. 2-7-96, p. 15616)
