16-4-105 Expiration.
Every resolution of the Chicago plan commission approving an application under this ordinance, will terminate unless construction as authorized by a building permit, has commenced within four years of the date of approval. Approvals granted in conjunction with a planned development, will be governed by the expiration date set forth in the planned development. (Added Coun. J. 3-11-98, p. 63754, § 3)
