18-29-1202.3 Location.

Nonprivate swimming pools shall not be constructed in any RS district designated under the Chicago Zoning Ordinance. Outdoor nonprivate swimming pools shall not be located so that any portion of the water is less than 10 feet (3048 mm) from an abutting property line. Pumps, filters and pool water disinfection equipment installations shall be located at a distance not less than 10 feet (3048 mm) from an abutting property line. (Added Coun.
