4-108-250 Modification or removal - Defective or missing parts.

No owner or operator of a gasoline-dispensing facility shall modify, remove, replace or otherwise change or render inoperative any element or component of the vapor collection and recovery system which would render the system incapable of collecting gasoline vapors in accordance with this article and the regulations issued by the commissioner. No owner or operator of a gasoline-dispensing facility shall allow the use of a vapor collection and recovery system with defective, malfunctioning or missing components. (Added Coun.
