4-364-040 Violations - Penalty.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than $10.00 nor more than $200.00 for each offense, and every day that such violation shall continue shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. (Amend Coun. J. 6-10-96, p. 23652)
