Sec. 111-303. - Second ward.
The second ward of the city shall be described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of Tenth Street and Massachusetts; running thence east on and along the centerline of Tenth Street to the centerline of Sherman Drive; running thence north on and along the centerline of Sherman Drive to the centerline of Twenty-first Street; running thence west on and along the centerline of Twenty-first Street to the centerline of Massachusetts; running thence southwesterly on and along the centerline of Massachusetts to the centerline of Tenth Street, said point being the place of beginning.
