Sec. 111-304. - Third ward.
The third ward of the city shall be described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of Fifteenth Street and Alabama; running thence north on and along the centerline of Alabama to the centerline of Twenty-first Street; running thence east on and along the centerline of Twenty-first Street to the centerline of New Jersey; running thence north on and along the centerline of New Jersey to the centerline of Fall Creek; running thence northeast on and along the centerline of Fall Creek to the centerline of Thirty-eighth Street; running thence east on and along the centerline of Thirty-eighth Street to the centerline of the Indianapolis Union or Monon Railroad; running thence south on and along the centerline of the Indianapolis Union or Monon Railroad to the centerline of Fifteenth Street; running thence west on and along the centerline of Fifteenth Street to the centerline of Central; running thence north on and along the centerline of Central to the centerline of Fifteenth Street; running thence west on and along the centerline of Fifteenth Street to the centerline of Alabama, said point being the point of beginning.
