Sec. 115-104. - Purpose.

The purpose of the Historic Railroad Multi-Jurisdictional Port Authority shall be to protect and preserve the existence of certain real property, commonly known as the "Old Nickel Plate" railroad line, as a single parcel of real estate in perpetuity for such uses as may benefit the citizens of Noblesville, Fishers and Indianapolis, including, but not necessarily limited to, recreational, transportation and tourism purposes.
