Sec. 121-606. - Reporting.

(a) Upon the conclusion of five (5) years after the effective date of this ordinance, and again upon the conclusion of ten (10) years after the effective date of this ordinance, the board will contract with a third-party consultant to provide a review of operations, programs, and budgets of the district and its board. The reviews shall be submitted to the council and to all property owners subject to this ordinance. (b) This district shall terminate upon the conclusion of fifteen (15) years after the effective date of this ordinance unless a new petition is circulated and passed pursuant to IC 36-7-22, et seq. to continue this district. (c) This section shall not preclude or limit the council's authority to repeal or amend the ordinance at an earlier time.
