Sec. 261-302. - Engineering division.

(a) The engineering division shall provide for systems inventory management, capital and maintenance planning/programming, capital and repair project development, design, and construction for all physical infrastructure assets that are required for all streets and ways and stormwater systems. (b) The engineering division shall be responsible for establishing and maintaining all engineering standards, standard specifications, and guidelines for the design, construction, operation, and permitting of all city transportation and stormwater infrastructure systems.
