Sec. 279-227. - Eligibility for take-home car.

Eligibility to participate in the take-home car program shall be determined in compliance with established policy, as the same may be amended from time to time by the chief. Participation in the take-home car program shall be subject to the fuel surcharge established under subsection 181-105(c) of this Code.
