Sec. 285-307. - Powers and duties of the enhanced access review committee.

Subject to the review of the board, the enhanced access review committee shall have the following powers and duties: (1) To review, modify and approve interagency agreements between the board and public agencies; (2) To review, and approve, modify or reject enhanced access proposals submitted by public agencies; (3) To establish and modify reasonable fees, if any, for enhanced access; and (4) To perform any other function delegated by the board.
