Sec. 621-439. - Additional powers of the board of public works.

The board of public works, by regulation, may amend the definitions for eligible vehicle and for noneligible vehicle and by resolution upon the recommendation of the department of public works after a public hearing may amend the loading/unloading time interval for each loading zone.
