Sec. 841-105. - Eligibility for license.

In addition to the general eligibility requirements identified in section 801-202 of the Code, the license administrator may deny a ticket broker license application for the following reasons: (1) The applicant has been convicted of a felony or a crime of dishonesty within the last five (5) years; or (2) The applicant has provided information to the license administrator that is false, incomplete, or misleading.
