Sec. 875-409. - Experience.

The experience requirement of section 875-406(1) is met by a person who has had at least the following number of years of practical work experience pertaining to wrecking, either in a supervisory capacity or as an operator of heavy equipment on wrecking sites: Type A license | Six (6) years, including two (2) years experience in wrecking buildings over fifty (50) feet in height; Type B license | Four (4) years; and Type C license | Two (2) years.
