§ 10-2. District established.

(a) In general. There is a community benefits district, to be known as the Port Covington Community Benefits District. (b) Boundaries. The boundaries of the District are as shown on the {map appended to Ordinance 20-358}, titled “Exhibit A – District Boundaries”.
