§ 10-48. Suspension or revocation of permit.

After notice and opportunity for a hearing, the Executive Director may suspend or revoke, as the circumstances warrant, all permits issued to or for the benefit of: (1) any person who violates any provision of Part VII {“Prohibited Conduct”} of this subtitle; and (2) all members of that person’s household.
